Hi, I'm Milly, a professional bodyworker, yoga therapist, and tantra massage specialist in central Stockholm - Sweden. 💆 What can you expect from a session?

As a first step in expanding the capacity of breath and sound, I activate the parasympathetic nervous system to bring deeper presence and relaxation into the body. I have a wide toolbox of bodywork and energy work, such as Thai yoga massage, lomi lomi, reiki, conscious sensuality, the five elements of touch, dearmoring, and orgasmic healing.

Each session is unique and designed from the receiver's intention and current or long-term state. This is a therapeutic session where you fully receive. If you have agendas for how or what you want to receive that are not in line with the knowledge, intuition, and decision of the session giver, and you are not willing to let go of those during this time spent in session, this offering is not for you. As tensions are met and released, we move into a transformation space through grounding and feeling.

If the person is ready for it, we use energy healing, a type of energy work where we move into a state of energy moving upwards in the body—this is possible for both men and women. This is supported by a technique where we only touch the energy body and allow the receiver to breathe, sound, and move. Sexual energy has great potential for healing as it recovers the whole system extremely efficiently, and I have treated many people through Tantric massage therapy here in Stockholm. Through this technique, you can experience an out-of-body experience and full-body orgasm.
